Opis

Stadion miał początkowo mieć 20-25 000, ale piłkarski zespół Victory nie zgodził się na tak małe rozmiary, bo gromadzi średnio 27 000 na każdym meczu już teraz. Dlatego powiększono projekt do 31 500. Część najniższych trybun za bramkami będzie tymczasowa - po meczach piłkarskich będą demontowane by umożliwić grę w rugby.
